2025 ASSA National Overnight Camping Reservation Request Form
1. Reservations are taken on a first-come; first-served basis and are assigned based on length of equipment (rig) and space availability. If confirmed, you will receive an emailed confirmation with RV space assignment and instructions for arrival.
2. Island Grove offers different RV lots on property. Please refer to the map and legend when choosing your preferred lot.
3. Spaces are refundable if cancelled by the closing date of the show, March 19, 2025. Otherwise, no refunds will be given. Spaces are non-transferable.
4. Please note that RV reservations are only accepted for those entered (or those who have dogs entered) in an event that has contracted space, which includes the overnight camping lots.
5. The Island Grove RV lots are only open to vehicles specifically designed with overnight sleeping accommodations including motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers.
6. Quiet time in the RV area is from 11:00PM to 6:00AM.
7. If you have an RV rental, you must ensure that the RV is dropped off and picked up in accordance with your reservation dates and times. Plan accordingly with the supplier.

9. Any false or inaccurate information provided when booking a reservation will result in the reservation being null and void with no refunds given.
10. Water is not available until April 15, 2025 unless authorized by the facility and may not be available at all due to weather conditions.
11. ASSA and Island Grove Regional Park is NOT responsible for any damage to any RV due to weather or fault of occupant.
