Dr. Steven Roberts, DVM, MS, DACVO from Animal Eye Center in Loveland, CO will be performing CAER eye exams Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The check in table for exams will be located in the event center building.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are attending the symposium, be sure to tell the clinic when you make your reservation so that they schedule you after noon.
Also, this clinic is registering and doing all transactions electronically. The ASSA Health Committee is not involved in the registration or payment of the eye examinations.
ASSA WILL BE PAYING THE FEE FOR OFA SUBMISSION. SIMPLY SUBMIT YOUR FORM TO OFA WITHOUT THE FEE AND IT WILL BE PROCESSED WHEN THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED FROM ASSA TO OFA.
