GROOMING SPACE RESERVATIONS

Grooming space reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Grooming reservations for all exhibitors will be taken beginning January 3, 2018. No cancellations or changes will be accepted after March 23, 2018.  NO REFUNDS after March 23, 2018. 

The grooming spaces are 8’ x 8’ spaces, The cost for each space is $75.00.

For planning purposes, the spaces are intended for exhibitors requiring space to accommodate 1 to 4 dogs, crates, grooming tables and ONE 4' x 4' to 4' x 8' ex-pen. If you wish to be assigned to spaces next to other exhibitors as a group, you may do so by sending one Grooming Space Reservation Form, with appropriate payment for each individual's reservation request, together, in one mailing envelope.

THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ADJOINING SPACES THAT MAY BE RESERVED AS A GROUP REQUEST IS LIMITED TO
A MAXIMUM OF 8 SPACES FOR THE GROUP.

Payment in full must accompany the reservation request. Make checks and money orders payable to ASSA in US funds. Any reservations received at other than the following address will be returned to sender.

If you are concerned about tracking the receipt of your reservation, use Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation services offered by the US Postal Service or send a self-address stamped postcard with your reservation.

 

Special Notes for Grooming Area

• If necessary, ASSA reserves the right to reduce any exhibitor‘s grooming area allocation and relocate the space assignment if the space requirements for the number of dogs indicated for the entry at the time of reservation acceptance is not consistent with the number of dogs actually entered or present at the show in order to accommodate any emergency space requirements.

Ex-pens must be arranged to conform to a reduced size 4'x4' to 4'x8' format. NO MORE THAN TWO (2) PENS may be ganged together in any space or adjoining spaces.

• The grooming area will be not available to exhibitors until 12:00 (noon) on Monday to allow for site, ring, and vendor set up first. Please plan your arrival accordingly. (‘IF’ we have the room ready earlier, move in will be adjusted. All help in setting the room is appreciated!)

• Plastic sheeting, shavings, and water will be provided. ALL EX-PENS must have plastic on the floor and up the sides to contain the shavings. ****NO PAPER, TOWELS, SHEETS, ETC ALLOWED . . . IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SHAVINGS, YOU, AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, CAN GET THE PELLET-TYPE BEDDING.**** You are expected to keep your ex-pens clean. PLEASE be considerate of those next to you.

• Security will be provided inside the building each night of the show. The grooming area will be cleared and locked down from 10:30PM until 6AM each day. EXCEPT IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, NO ADMITANCE WILL BE ALLOWED.

• DECORATIONS/REFRESHMENTS: “REASONABLE” decorations will be allowed. Please keep any decorations (banners, signs, etc) to less than 7 feet in height. ABSOLUTELY NO CANOPIES, lights, or other electrical decorations!  The National is a special event and folks want to see the dogs, so please be responsible with refreshments – simple snacks and beverages only. This is a grooming area and not a wine and cheese tasting event.

• Grooming spaces are not to be used for display areas. If you want a Vendor space, please see the Vendor Chairman. Anyone found using a grooming space for such activity will forfeit the space and be responsible for any actions ASSA deems necessary.

PREFERRED SEATING

Reserve one of the best 50 seats in the house for the show. These seats are reserved for you the entire week and are just in front of the announcer’s stage ringside. These seats will be gone quickly (last year they didn’t last a week). They are on a first come, first served basis and a waiting list is expected to be established.

Payment in full must accompany the reservation form. Checks should be made out to ASSA and must be drawn on a bank using U.S. Funds only.

Preferred Seats are $100.00 each for the entire week. Show starts on April 24, 2018

Reservations for all attendees will begin on January 3rd , 2018.

No REFUNDS, cancellations, or changes accepted after March 23rd, 2018,

If you wish to be assigned next to other attendees as a group, you may do so by sending the form with each person’s name on the Reservation Form. The total number in a group reservation is limited to 6 adjacent seats.

PREFERRED SEATING PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ON A SPEARATE CHECK.
DO NOT INCLUDE PAYMENT WITH GROOMING SPACE CHECK.

Any reservations received at other than the following address will be returned to sender.
